Hey, folks, I just posted my latest Current Market Conditions Report with Sullivan County sales data through April, 2011. Not such a bad picture this month. Volume is holding (albeit at pretty low levels), and didn't slip. Prices ticked up a bit from last month, but that could be more reflective of seasonality, after the traditional winter price dip. Prices still are off about 10% from a year ago. Check out the latest Market Conditions Report and then drop on back here and share your thoughts.

There were 3 $400K+ sales. MLS rules prohibit me from posting the actual closed sale listings (hey, I didn't make that rules and don't agree with it.) But here are the public record basics on the 3:

318 Lakeview Drive, Highland Lake. $475K
38 Overlook Drive, Callicoon. $675K.
